These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hillcrest Ella website and all bookings made through our platform or via direct communication. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Hillcrest Ella reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for valid reasons.
- Rates and policies may change without prior notice; existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process.
- Rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.
- A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.
4. Payment Policy
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, card payment gateway, or cash upon arrival (if allowed).
- Hillcrest Ella does not store full card details; payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
- All outstanding balances must be settled before check-out.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a refund (bank or gateway charges may apply).
- Cancellations made within 6 to 2 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-show bookings will be charged the full amount.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and property.
- Any damages caused to property, equipment, or furniture will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms; a penalty may apply for violations.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; outside visitors must be approved by management.
7. Property Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.
- Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.
- Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Hillcrest Ella is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to store valuables securely.
- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or natural events outside our control.
- If maintenance or unexpected repairs are required, guest cooperation is appreciated.
9. Website Use
- All content on this website is the property of Hillcrest Ella.
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content without permission is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to update website content or pricing at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
